Trade study apps
Last updated October 28, 2026.
These trade study apps are published by 2160209 Alberta Ltd., operating as Red Seal Canada. This policy covers the application identifiers listed below. A listing here does not mean an app is already available in a store.
Your local study workspace
Practice answers, session history, confidence ratings, bookmarks and study streaks are stored on your device, separately for each trade app. An account is not required. The apps do not send your study records to a Red Seal Canada server and do not include advertising, analytics or cloud synchronization services.
Permissions and device backups
The study features do not require access to your microphone, camera, contacts or precise location. Optional haptic feedback may use your device's vibration function. Android cloud backup is disabled for these app builds. Other device-level backup or transfer features, including those provided by Apple, may copy local app data according to your device settings; these services are operated by the platform provider.
Official links
You can choose to open official standards and exam information in an external browser. Those requests require internet access and are handled by the destination website under its own privacy practices. The core question bank and local study history work offline.
App stores and purchases
Apple and Google operate their stores and process purchase, download and platform diagnostic information under their own policies. We may receive reports they make available to publishers. We do not receive your payment-card details. These study apps do not contain subscriptions, in-app purchases or advertising.
Support and corrections
If you email us, we receive the address, message and any attachments you choose to send. The app does not automatically attach your answers or study history. We use support correspondence to respond, investigate reported issues and keep an appropriate support record. You can request correction or deletion of your support information by contacting admin@redsealcanada.com. Necessary business or legal records may need to be retained.
Your controls
Settings provides a confirmed reset for practice answers and session history. That reset keeps outline confidence ratings and bookmarks. Removing an app normally removes its local data; platform backups and transfers are controlled separately through your device. We cannot recover study records that were only stored on your device.
Intended audience
These apps are study tools for trade learners and apprentices. They are not designed as services for children under 13, and do not require a learner's name, birth date or other account-registration information.
