Terms of Use

By using this website, you agree to use Red Seal Canada information and services for lawful educational and business purposes.

Independent exam preparation

Red Seal Canada provides independent exam-preparation information and products. Red Seal Canada is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the official Red Seal Program, the Government of Canada, or provincial apprenticeship authorities.

No guarantee

Exam-preparation materials can support study and review, but they do not guarantee exam success, certification, employment, admission, or institutional approval.

Website content

Content may change as products, trade coverage, pricing, pilots, and services evolve. Red Seal Canada may update the website at any time.

Free website accounts

A Red Seal Canada website account is free and uses an email address you control. Confirm your email, keep your password private and contact us if you believe someone else has accessed your account. Optional profile information and product email preferences are described in our Privacy Policy.

Creating an account does not purchase a program, start a subscription or grant access to other trade or platform editions. Website downloads and receipts remain available through Lemon Squeezy using the purchase email. Apple and Google purchases remain separate, and study progress is not currently synchronized through the website account.

Windows desktop editions

A Windows purchase grants one person permission to use the purchased edition for personal study, including keeping a backup for their own use. Redistribution and resale of the app or its question bank are not included. Mobile editions are separate purchases. The purchase does not promise all future paid editions or upgrades.

The Steamfitter/Pipefitter Windows edition, version 0.1.0, is an unsigned early release for Windows 10/11 on Intel or AMD 64-bit PCs. Windows or an organization's device policy may warn about or block unsigned software. Mac and Windows on ARM are not supported by this release. The question bank has not received a new independent technical review for the desktop release. Consult current trade references and official study materials.

The Welder Windows edition, version 1.0.0, is a separate unsigned release for the same Windows 10/11 Intel or AMD 64-bit platforms. The same personal-use, compatibility, purchase and delivery terms apply. Its original question bank has received AI-assisted source review; qualified Welder trade-expert review is pending. Other trade editions and mobile apps are not included with a Welder Windows purchase.

Windows payments and delivery

The Windows edition is priced in Canadian dollars as a one-time purchase. Lemon Squeezy processes checkout and provides access to the purchased digital files. The checkout shows the final total, including applicable taxes, before payment. Keep your receipt to access your download and request support.

For a download problem, compatibility issue or refund inquiry, contact sales@redsealcanada.com with your order number. Do not send payment-card details. Any applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
